NORTH BRUNSWICK- On the evening of January 8, 2023, an angel of the Lord descended to reclaim the soul of our beloved Mrs. Victoria Eunice Fair. Born in Honea Path, South Carolina on August 9, 1925. She was the daughter of the late Rev. John and Emma Thompson. Victoria lived to attain the age of 97.
In October 1943, Victoria married Peter Otis Fair in Greenville, South Carolina, they soon relocated to Manville, NJ in 1944. This union was blessed with 12 children. Followed by living in East Millstone, NJ for many years, then moving to New Brunswick, NJ in 1979.
Victoria was employed by Somerset Medical in the Dietary Department with over 30 years of service upon retirement in 1987.
Victoria is survived by four sons: Robert Fair (Alfreda) Somerset, NJ, Levi Fair, Somerset, NJ, Sylvester Fair (Carla) Piscataway, NJ, Victor Fair (Gwen) Somerset, NJ. Four daughters: Margaret Fair (North Brunswick, NJ). Muriel Fair (New Brunswick, NJ), Joyce Fair-Ryals (Jerome) Lynchburg, VA, Monica Moss (Terry)Taylors, South Carolina. 34-grandchildren, 53 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Victoria is predeceased by her husband Rabbi Peter Otis Fair, sons, Otis and James Fair, daughters Emma Fair and Anne Jefferson. 7 great-grandchildren.
Victoria loved the LORD.
